Are you a parent, caregiver, or community member who wants to make a meaningful difference at Hunter River High School? Join our welcoming and inclusive P&C (Parents & Citizens) group! The link to our next online meeting will be emailed to families. Please contact the school if you don't receive this link and would like to join. We’re currently looking for new members and would love to see some fresh faces at our meetings. We’re not about fundraising – our focus is on discussing important aspects of our children’s schooling, being a positive voice in the school community, and helping shape the future of HRHS Here’s what being part of the P&C looks like: • Have your say on school policies, procedures, and the school plan. • Hear directly from the Principal and Student Representative Council with regular reports. • Support school improvements by contributing to grant applications (grants must come through the P&C – not the school). • Play a key role in staff appointments through panel participation. • Share your ideas for how we can be an even more effective and productive P&C. • Keep it simple – just one meeting a month via Microsoft Teams. It’s a low-commitment, high-impact way to stay informed, have your voice heard, and support our students and school staff. Come along, connect, contribute – we’d love to have you!
