SCHOOL UNIFORM
Hunter River High School is a ‘Uniform School' and we therefore appreciate that parents/caregivers want their children to wear a uniform to school everyday.
Staff actively monitor the wearing of school uniform. We ask support from parents/caregivers in working together with us to maintain this policy.
Junior School:
Pale blue shirt
Navy shorts, tracksuit or pants (3/4 pants not acceptable)
School skirt
School jacket
Navy jumper or jacket (plain logo/writing no larger that pocket size)
White socks
Senior School:
White shirt
Navy shorts, tracksuit or pants (3/4 pants not acceptable)
School skirt
School jacket
Navy jumper or jacket (plain logo/writing no larger than pocket size)
White socks
Sports Uniform:
PE shirt
Navy shorts or track pants
Suitable sport shoes (not slip on or skate style shoes)
White socks
· When purchasing a new uniform, please purchase items from the above list
· Students will be asked to remove non-uniform jackets and jumpers
· If for some reason your child is unable to wear the correct uniform for a day, please supply a note explaining why this is so
Black leather covered in shoes ARE compulsory. Students MUST wear covered leather shoes to participate in practical lessons eg. Woodwork, Metalwork, Cooking, Science, etc
