Stage 4/5 Elective Information Night
To further support our students in making informed decisions about their elective choices for 2026, we have scheduled our Subject Selection Information evening for Years 8, 9 and 10 (2026) for Wednesday 10 September in the MPC.
Students in year 7, 8 and 9, along with their parents/carers are invited to gain valuable insights into the range of elective courses on offer at Hunter River High School in 2026.
Parents/carers and students will receive valuable information on the elective options available for next year and will be provided an opportunity to speak directly with faculty representatives about subjects that best suit each student’s interests, strengths and future pathways.
In addition, important information will be shared on the Web Preferences system and how students will be required to correctly select their electives.
We strongly recommend that students attend this event with their parent/carers.
